Fresh, Bright & Boldly Flavorful
Cilantro — also known as coriander or Chinese parsley — is one of the world's most widely used herbs. Its bright, citrusy, slightly peppery leaves are essential in Mexican, Indian, Thai, and Middle Eastern cuisines. Fresh from the garden, it's incomparably vibrant and aromatic.
Why You'll Love It
- Distinctive fresh, citrusy flavour — irreplaceable in salsas, curries, and tacos
- Fast-growing — ready to harvest in just a few weeks
- Both leaves and seeds (coriander) are useful in the kitchen
- Compact and easy to grow in containers or garden beds
Growing Tips
Plant in a sunny to partially shaded spot with well-draining soil. Cilantro prefers cooler temperatures and will bolt quickly in heat — succession plant every few weeks for a continuous harvest. Water regularly and harvest leaves from the outside in. Once it flowers, collect the seeds for coriander spice.
Sold as a starter plant, ready to transplant into your garden or container.
